Kindness Stroll
2026 Design Entry Window is OPEN for Westminster
Student Design Submission Forms
Who Can Enter:
Students in grades 3–12 living in Carroll County, MD, plus McDaniel and Carroll Community College students.
Design Options & Forms (click links for forms):
You may submit one of the following: a small design, a rectangular design, or a crayon design.
Or you may submit a picture of a sign you have already painted that has not been in a previous stroll along with this form.

Deadline: July 17, 2026
Submit your design via email to actionforkindness@gmail.com or you can mail or drop off your entry at the Carroll Nonprofit Center, 255 Clifton Blvd, Suite 315, Westminster, MD 21157.
If Selected:
Designers of chosen designs who have not already painted their sign will be invited to paint their design on a wood sign for public display. Selected students will be contacted to schedule a painting time. Design Paint Sessions are now open - if you've submitted a design, sign up here
Bonus Flag Print:
Displayed signs with the most votes may have their design printed on a 3' x 5' flag which will fly on Main Street the following year!
Kind Note
Submission Form
Students who are good with words and like to write ideas, poems, songs, or short stories can participate in the Kindness Stroll by submitting a Kind Note.
Students in grades 3 thru 12 who attend school in Carroll Count, MD (public, private, or home-school) or who attend Carroll Community or McDaniel College are eligible. We are eager to hear what you have to say, submit a Kind Note today!
