AFK is grateful for the opportunity to inspire kindness through collaborations.
Our community outreach programs include:

Breathe to Believe Program
Provides tools to build resiliency, self esteem, and self kindness through breath work, gentle movement, journal prompting, and more, to seniors aged 50+, women in incarceration, friends in recovery, and adolescents in transition ages 10 through 24. In collaboration with The Hive, Serenity + Sol, SoberLivin.org, and many others.
Community of Kindness Workshops Program
Inspires kids to learn and practice tools for resiliency and create a reminder through music and art therapy. Geared for kids in public middle schools, primarily sixth graders, while open to all students third grade and above. Also available to organizations serving seniors as funding allows.

Kids Kindness Grants Program
In support of our lead partner, the nonprofit Kindness Grows Here, this program provides micro-grants to students who apply to fund an activity that inspires kindness in their community. Open to K-12 students in the United States, the grant window opens each September 1. More info available at KindnessGrowsHere.org
Hearts & Bears Program
This program provides kids who arrive for a hospital stay a bag of Infinite Love Hearts to go with a Rachel's Bear, encouraging the kids to inspire kindness by handing out hearts while meeting new people. It helps ease the time of their stay. In collaboration with the nonprofit Rachel's Bears.
